RETURN POLICY

This Returns and Exchanges Policy applies to all purchases made through elizabethbesich.com.

Online purchases made through the Site are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date.

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable).

Clearance and sale items and gift cards / e-gift cards are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.


How to Return an Item: 

  1. Your Package includes an order invoice and return form. On your return form, write the individual SKU’s of the product items that you wish to return. Didn’t receive a return form? Click here to print yours now. 
  2. Securely pack your merchandise and return form in the box used for return.
  3. Place the return label on the outside of your package. Please note that the return label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, any shipping charge paid by you is non-refundable unless you received damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s). Shipping charges that occur through items that are damaged, defective and have the wrong item(s) will be refunded in store credit.
  4. Mail in your online returns 

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from international and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you made your purchase using a gift card, e-gift card, or store credit, refunds will be issued to the original card that was used.The refund amount will include only the amount paid by you after any discount or reward was applied the order.


Returns from Gift Card Purchases 

Items returned using a gift card as payment will be refunded back as in-store credit. If partial payment is from a gift card, then the portion used with a gift card will be credited as in-store credit and the remaining amount back to the original payment.


Returns from Rewards Points 

If you purchased an item using rewards points, then we will credit your account back with the reward points used. Therefore, if you used partial points or paid entirely with your rewards points, then we will reimburse your account with the amount of reward points used and issue the remaining amount with the original payment.

For example, if you purchased a scarf with 250 reward points and paid the remaining balance with a credit card. Later, if you decide to return the scarf, we would issue a refund of 250 reward points back to your account and the remaining balance to your card.


Returns from Bonus Bucks

Any orders placed with Bonus Bucks and later returned will be issued back as in-store credit. If partial payment was used from Bonus Bucks, then the allocated amount used in the order returned will be issued as in-store credit.
