Where are you located?

We are currently located in the United States. Your package may ship from either Saint Louis, Southern Illinois, or Florida. 

What Payments do you accept?

We accept credit cards on your website through Paypal. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer the option to redirect to Paypal. You can pay through their credit card portal or logging into your Paypal account through their site. Furthermore, you can pay with any earned rewards points or if you have a gift card.

Do you keep inventory in stock?

Yes, most inventory on the website is currently in stock and ready to ship unless otherwise noted on the website. 

What is a back order?

Backorders are items currently out of stock that we can receive more from our manufacturer. Therefore, shipping and receiving the item will take longer than usual. If the backorder is not available, then we will refund your account. Products that are on backorder are shown on the product page.


How long until my package ships?

Packages usually ship within 1-3 business days of placing your order. However, processing times may be delayed if we receive a high volume of orders. 


How long until I receive my package?

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping usually takes 2-9 business days. However, in rare cases, shipping may take longer. 

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, once your package ships, we will send you a tracking number via email and upload it to your account.

What if my address is incorrect?

Please email us immediately at elizabethbesich@gmail.com to update your address. Your address needs to be changed before the order is shipped.

If the order is already shipped you must contact the carrier the order is shipped through to get the order forwarded to the appropriate address. 


Who do you ship through?

We primarily ship through USPS. However, we may ship packages through UPS or FedEx. 



What if I want to return my order?

We have a customer-friendly return policy. The postage must be marked 30 days after your order for returns to be accepted. All jewelry must be returned with its original jewelry case. For more information, please visit our return policy.

Please note that any reward points earned from an item returned will be removed from the account. 


How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days after your order to return your package. 

What if I purchased with rewards points?

If you purchased an item using rewards points, then we will credit your account back in the original payment once we receive and approve your return. Therefore, if you used partial points or paid entirely with your rewards points, then we will reimburse your account with the used reward points and issue the remaining amount with the original payment.

For example, if you purchased a scarf with 250 reward points and paid the remaining balance with a credit card. Later, if you decide to return the scarf, we would issue a refund of 250 reward points back to your account and the remaining balance to your card.


What if I used a gift card to purchase?

If you purchased a product using your gift card, we will issue the total return amount as in-store credit.


What if I purchased with Bonus Bucks?

Any orders placed with Bonus Bucks and later returned will be issued back as in-store credit. If partial payment was used from Bonus Bucks, then the allocated amount used in the order returned will be issued as in-store credit.


What if my item is incorrect or damaged?

If you received the wrong item, please reach out to ElizabethBesich@gmail.com and let us know. We will email you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive the item, we will ship you the original article you were initially supposed to receive.

If your item is damaged, please send us an email with an image attached. Once we confirm the damaged item, we will refund the original payment method.


Do I get refunded for shipping?

When we credit back an item from your order, we will reduce shipping costs. The original shipping cost is only refunded when an item is damaged or incorrect.



What is the Rewards Program?

Elizabeth Besich is excited to announce the Rewards Program, where you can earn points by purchasing products, referring friends, and even get bonus points on your first purchase. Points earned can be redeemed on your next order. Learn more about the rewards program


How do I earn Points?

There are three different ways you can earn points through our program: 

  1. Earn 1 point per every dollar you spend 
  2. Refer a friend and get points 

For every 25 points, you earn $1.00 off

Disclaimer: Must create an account and be signed in to receive rewards points. Reward points will not apply for guest checkout. Rewards are not added or redeemed for gift cards or towards the shipping cost. Reward points are calculated after all discounts are applied. 


How do I redeem?

Redeeming rewards points is super easy! You will see a section that says, “Have Rewards Points? Redeem it.” Click the link to Redeem it, and a drop-down will appear, allowing you to redeem your points.

Where can I find my balance for my rewards points?

The balance for your rewards points is located in the My Wallet section of the site. You will see your total balance and the current dollar value used for dollar off on your next purchase. In this section, you can click on the Earn Points tab and refer a friend to earn even more points. 

What if my points don't show on my account?

Points will only show for those who create an account and are logged in at the time of placing the order. Your rewards points will not show until after the order has been shipped. Once the order is shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for your rewards points to appear. If your points still don’t show on your account after 48 hours of your order being shipped, please email us at elizabethbesich@gmail.com.

Are their any restrictions on using my points?

Rewards points cannot be used towards purchasing a gift card. Reward points are applied after all discounts, promotions, and rewards are added to the order. Reward points do not subtract shipping cost, nor do you earn rewards on the cost of shipping. Reward points are only available for purchases made from Elizabeth Besich Website (www.elizabethbesich.com). Reward points are not offered through purchases on any other platforms or any affiliate program through Elizabeth Besich. Returns using reward points will be refunded back into points. If your order is partially paid with reward points, then the returned item will be partially credited back to the exact amount of points used on the order, and the remaining balance refunded to your card. Other restrictions may apply.

Gift Cards

How do I order a gift card?

Purchase a virtual gift card by clicking on the following link:


Gift cards are sent via email, so your recipient will receive the gift card immediately upon purchasing.  


Can coupons be used towards purchasing a gift card?

Coupons cannot be used towards the purchase of a Gift Card.

Can the gift card be used on everything on the site?

The gift card can be used towards all tangible items on Elizabeth Besich. 

Can I use my points towards purchasing a gift card?

Unfortunately, we do not allow reward points towards purchasing a gift card.

What if I return an item purchased with gift card?

Any items returned paid by a gift card will be refunded as in-store credit.

Can I store my gift card for later use?

To add your gift card, you will need to login into your account.

On the My Wallet page, under the gift card info section, you can add your gift card information and store it in your account. Therefore, allowing you to save your gift card and use it later. 

How can I check my balance?

You can check your card balance within the My Wallet page under Gift Card Info tab. To view your balance, you will need to login into your account.


What is a wishlist?

You can add products that you are not ready to purchase but would like to buy later to your wishlist. It’s ultimately a collection of items you would love to have.

How can I find my wishlist?

You can find your wishlist under the account tab or by clicking the following link:


Sign in to your account to save your wishlist and view from different devices!

How do I add wishlist to cart?

Items that do not require additional information (such as sizing, color, etc.) can be added by clicking the add to cart button. However, if additional information is needed, click the select options button, and it will redirect you to the product page to make your selection. From here, you can add the item to the cart. 

Can I share my wishlist with others?

Yes, you can share your wishlist with others. On your Wishlist Page below the products added, you will see a ‘share on’ followed by several links. Just click on the links, and you will be automatically redirected. 

You can share your wishlist with others via email, social media sites (Twitter, Pinterest, and Facebook) as well as through WhatsApp and by sharing the link. 

How do I remove an item from my wishlist?

To remove an item you no longer want from your wishlist, just click the (X) next to the product image. This will remove the product from the wishlist.


How do I sign up for emails?

We love that you are excited about signing up for our emails. Our emails offer exclusive deals, new arrivals, and so much more. Just sign up below to be in the know 🙂


How do I opt out of Emails?

Emails sent should have an option to unsubscribe on the bottom. If you do not see that option, please email us at ElizabethBesich@gmail.com and let us know that you want to opt-out of our email campaign.


What kind of emails will I receive?

When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation email and an email with your tracking number.

If you opt into our email campaign, you will receive notifications on discounts and inventory alerts.

Can I opt into select emails?

Currently, we do not have the option to opt in to select emails. We are now looking into adding this feature and hope it will be available in the future.

Coupon Codes

Do you currently have any promotions?

Yes, we always have a different promotion running. Please visit your My Wallet page and check under the My Discounts tab to view a full list of promotions. 

Where do I apply a coupon code?

Add coupon codes on the cart and checkout page. 

Cart Page: The coupon code box is below the checkout button. 

Checkout Page: Coupon Code is below the banner with text stating, “Have a Coupon? Click here to enter your code” Click on click here, and coupon box will appear. 

What if a coupon code is not working?

If a coupon code is not working, please check the expiration date. If the coupon is valid and is still not accepting, please email us at elizabethbesich@gmail.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Are their any restrictions for coupons usage?

Coupon Codes and discounts cannot be applied to gift cards. You can only use one dollar off code per order and one percentage off per order. Dollar-off and percentage off can be combined. Furthermore, a percentage off ad dollar code with the site promo if no promo code is needed.

For example, a $10.00 coupon code can be combined with a 20% off coupon code. However, a $10.00 coupon code cannot be combined with a $5.00 off coupon code. A 20% off coupon code cannot be combined with a 15% off coupon code.

Bonus Bucks

What are Bonus Bucks

Bonus Bucks are a voucher for an allocated amount determined during a promotional period. Bonus Bucks are only valid for a limited time. Dollar amounts and dates will be specified on each voucher.


How do I receive Bonus Bucks?

Throughout the year, we will offer a variety of different promotions that allow you to get Bonus Bucks with your purchases. For example, you may be able to earn $10.0 0 Bonus Bucks with every $50.00 spent on our site for a limited time. Once the promotion ends, the Bonus Bucks are valid for redemption for a limited time.


How do I receive my Bonus Bucks?

Bonus Bucks will be sent to your email after an order is placed. Check your spam folder If you do not receive your Bonus Bucks email. If you can still not find your Bonus Bucks, reach out to us at ElizabethBescih@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist.

Do Bonus Bucks Expire?

Yes, Bonus Bucks do expire. Each promotional period various. Please check the Bonus Bucks coupon for an expiration date.


What platforms does your App support?

Our app is coming soon. However, we are aiming to have our application hosted on both Apple Store and Google Play.
